Media Rating Council (MRC) & China Media Assessment Council (CMAC) made an official announcement on June 12, 2017 that 3 digital ad measurement companies in China (in alphabetical order) i.e. AdMaster (product: TrackMaster), Miaozhen System (product: AdMonitor) ,and Nielson (product: DAR) have passed pre-accreditation and are entering into final accreditation process.
MRC, established in 1964, based in USA, is a world known authority in media measurement standard. CMAC, established in August, 2016, is a China based association that govern media industry. Both roles & objectives are similar.
